Debate and Voting: Debate shall be limited to two minutes for each speaker, who shall not speak more than twice on the same question. No member shall speak more than twice on the same question. No member shall speak more than once to the same question unless everyone who wishes has spoken.

Pat set forth goals to achieve distinguished status by working with struggling clubs and further strengthening healthy clubs.  She needs help to do this. She is particularly looking for a  webmaster and an ambassador for our District.
