The winner of the District 78 Membership contest is Four Cornerz Toastmasters Club 590590, Bozeman, MT.  Each club member will receive Toastmaster International License Plate Frames.  The contest ran in conjunction with the Talk Up Toastmasters contest by Toastmasters International February 1-March 31.
