registration to the District Convention in Deadwood, South Dakota, April 24
& 25.
The free registration is not transferable to another club. If the
member taking advantage of the free registration has already paid, the
member will be reimbursed by the District.
Seventy-nine of the district’s 109 club had a minimum of four or more
club officers trained during the period of December 1, 2008-February 28,
2009.

The
Distinguished Club Program has as one of its goals to have a minimum of four
officers from each club trained twice a year. As an incentive to have all seven
club officers trained, District 78 sponsors the 7 for 7 drawings. These
drawings entitle one club in each division to a free registration at the
district conference.
